Meet the Designer

Melanie is a detailed and service-oriented professional who has been designing for nearly 15 years. Beginning at a very young age with graphite drawings of horses, she discovered she had great love and appreciation for art and a talent for making beautiful images come to life. This natural ability and interest never subsided, which led Melanie to study Software & Information Systems as well as Graphic Design at University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Melanie then went on to graduate from North Carolina State University’s Software Development Bootcamp Program. Over the years, she has had the great privilege of building websites, marketing material, branding & logos for several businesses in the state of NC in a wide variety of industries. Melanie has also served honorably since 2009 in law enforcement, private security, and in the US Army Reserves. Her other hobbies include equestrian sports, singing & playing the piano, and working with her detection K9 via her company, WarBear K9 Services.
